Prompt response to warranties and fast after-warranty service is a matter of course. We own a large warehouse where all of the spare parts for all of the lines that we have ever produced or supplied to our customer are stored.

We provide free consultations during both the preinstallation period and actual spa use.
Regular preventative service inspections
Just select a month in the year and our service technicians will specify the exact date of the inspection. Our technicians will visit you every year and check your spa thoroughly, inspect all equipment, answer your questions, give advice on water maintenance, and perform any needed service.
What do these inspections include?
Inspection of water massage system, air massage system, filter system and Baby Pump, inspection of ozonator, heater, screw connections leakage test, electro pack and control panel, cover and cabinet, water quality check. We offer a set price for this service.
Moving assistance
Are you moving to a new home and you want to take your spa with you? No problem. Our technicians will be pleased to assist you – they will carry out qualified disconnections of the spa and its equipment, advice you on the handling of your spa and its equipment during your move, install your spa at your new home and put it back into operation.
