Club of USSPA's spa customers was founded in 2002. All present and future owners of spa or Swim Spa from our production become club members automatically. At the moment the USSPA club operates in the Czech Republic only.
Entertainment as well as information…
Since the club foundation tennis tournaments “FUN CUP” are held; tournaments are accompanied by social parties. At the end of every year a club bulletin “Bublinky” (Bubbles) is published and distributed to Czech customers. The bulletin informs all spa users about important news regarding company, spas, accessories and it also brings useful tips concerning spa operation and care. On selected national webpages a “Customer Service” section is available.
Services
The “Customer Service” section is available for everyone on the webpages; it contains an e-shop for easy purchase of chemicals and accessories, maintenance manuals and user manuals to be downloaded in PDF, and other practical information. All activities linked with the club are connected with our continuous effort to maintain very close contact with our customers, to keep them informed of everything important and interesting, and to be close to them all the time.
